• plan, produce, and oversee marketing-focused video (sometimes photo) content that showcases Higgsfield AI’s products, brand, and creator community
• developing creative concepts for campaigns
• coordinating production schedules
• managing budgets and timelines
• directing video ad creatives
• collaborating with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual storytelling
• ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels
• review and refine deliverables
• manage external vendors and freelancers when needed
• track performance of content to inform future campaigns

• Strong Video Production skills, including pre-production planning, directing, and overseeing post-production workflows.
• Project Management skills to handle timelines, resources, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
• Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, guide creative teams, and present concepts clearly.
• Marketing experience, with the ability to align creative output with brand strategy, audience insights, and campaign goals.
• Experience producing content for digital platforms (social media, web, paid media) and understanding of current visual trends.
• Ability to work on-site in Astana, Kazakhstan and participate in hands-on production environments.
• Relevant education in film production, media, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
