Help define the creative vision for original YouTube shows
Develop distinctive and engaging show formats
Ensure each show aligns with the channel strategy, brand positioning, and audience ambitions
Provide creative guidance to an external production agency throughout execution
Challenge and refine ideas, review key creative decisions, and ensure final output stays true to the agreed vision and strategy
требования
Strong experience developing and leading large-scale entertainment shows for YouTube, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile, audience-driven formats
Deep understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, storytelling, and creator culture
Strong creative and editorial judgment, with the ability to assess, challenge, and improve concepts and formats
Experience overseeing external production agencies, studios, or other creative partners
Hands-on experience reviewing creative work across concept development, casting, scripts, visual direction, and edits
Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures
Ability to balance creative ambition with brand strategy, guidelines, and wider business objectives
