задачи
- Lead and optimize the full creative production process for UA ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google;
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of static and video creatives that meet or exceed performance benchmarks;
- Define and evolve creative direction in partnership with UA, internal design, and AI teams;
- Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, asset variation, editing support, and workflow acceleration;
- Manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers, supporting their growth, output, and performance;
- Promote AI literacy within the team and embed AI-assisted tools in the daily creative pipeline;
- Review and approve creative concepts and outputs before launch;
- Analyze creative performance across key metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate based on results;
- Launch new creative initiatives and experiments to improve conversion rates;
- Use AI-powered analytics and dashboards to identify patterns, insights, and testing opportunities;
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all UA creative needs;
- Manage inbound creative requests, oversee pipelines, and align stakeholders on priorities;
- Identify and onboard external creative partners, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts;
- Own quarterly production plans and creative testing roadmaps;
- Drive experimentation using traditional and AI-enhanced formats;
- Ensure consistent use of production tools, asset tracking systems, and reporting frameworks;
- Analyze market trends and competitor ads to inform creative strategy.
требования
- 7+ Years of experience in performance marketing creative production, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google;
- Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and the impact of creative on performance;
- Proven experience driving measurable business impact through creative testing, production, and optimization;
- Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, testing, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, Lovable);
- Proven experience managing a creative team delivering high-volume, high-performance assets;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Data-driven, strategic mindset with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks;
- Ownership mindset, proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
- Quick to learn new technologies and tools, adaptable to changes;
- Team-oriented, proactive, and critical thinker.
