задачи
- Own the creative strategy across paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok) and drive the creative roadmap end-to-end;
- Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch;
- Design and prioritize a high-volume hypothesis backlog, run structured creative experiments, and translate results into decisions;
- Conduct deep competitor and trend research, source and analyze organic content, and adapt findings to paid formats;
- Launch new funnels and product angles from scratch and define the creative playbook for new verticals;
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve business objectives;
- Hire, onboard, and develop Creative Marketing Managers.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience as a Creative Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, or Creative Strategist in subscription B2C apps;
- Hands-on experience across multiple ad platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok;
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid social, and creative trends;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making;
- Experience working with web funnels and understanding the synergy between creative, landing pages, and offers;
- Leadership skills including the ability to set vision, build processes, raise standards, and develop people;
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
- English B2.
