We are a creative agency built on one of Germany's largest running communities. We develop creative concepts, campaigns and experiences for brands while also creating our own events, content and products. What drives us is the combination of sporting ambition, entertainment and high quality standards. We bring people together and create experiences that go beyond running and remain memorable for the community and our partners. For our team in Berlin, we are looking for someone who understands marketing, lives community and independently drives projects forward.

• You are responsible for our communication via newsletters, WhatsApp, website and social media, as well as around our events.
• You develop target-group-specific content, consistently implement our brand language and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
• You are the central contact person for our City Hosts, strengthen relationships within our community and strategically and organizationally develop our structures and formats.
• You independently take responsibility for marketing and community projects, from conception to implementation.
• You translate ideas into concrete measures, make independent decisions and keep quality, time and budget under control.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally 5 years
• Extensive experience in independent project management
• Very good feel for language and experience in digital marketing communication
• Strategic understanding and an independent, structured way of working
• Initiative, strong communication skills and the ambition to take responsibility
