brand manager for story-driven RPGs

Owlcat Games is an independent studio founded in 2016, known for deep, story-driven RPGs. The studio created Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, and is working on Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for games across various communication channels
• Produce marketing and promotional assets, including trailers and content drops
• Write scripts, marketing copy, and promotional messaging
• Manage content on websites and game pages across PC and console digital storefronts
• Plan and launch advertising campaigns, digital events, and offline events
• Develop promotional partnerships and explore new marketing formats, including influencer collaborations
• Identify new growth opportunities to attract more players to the games

• At least 3 years of experience in video game marketing
• Strong project management skills, including planning, briefing, task assignment, and overseeing execution
• Creative writing skills, particularly for trailer and promotional video scripts
• Experience with Steam and other gaming platforms
• Solid understanding of advertising channels, formats, and key performance metrics
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Extensive experience playing PC and/or console games, with a strong understanding of what resonates with gamers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Russian language skills at B2 level
