We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Specialty Business Unit, encompassing Oncology, Hematology, Immunology and Neurosciences.

The Brand Manager will be accountable for developing and implementing customer-focused brand strategies and operational plans that drive growth and improve customer experiences. You will play a critical role in translating deep customer and market insights into clear strategic priorities and impactful execution.

You will work closely with local cross-functional teams, as well as IBU, HUB and Global partners, to lead the development and implementation of brand strategy and tactics. You will join a dynamic and diverse Specialty portfolio, with opportunities to contribute to both established brands and future launches.

Success in this role will require strong strategic thinking, customer focus, cross-functional leadership and learning agility, together with the ability to navigate complex and evolving markets.

• Drive the strategic development and implementation of brand strategy and operational plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Develop deep customer, patient, payer and market insights to inform strategy, positioning and execution.
• Lead the customer planning and operational planning processes, working cross-functionally to establish clear priorities and deliver impactful execution.
• Create and execute customer engagement strategies across relevant channels, including omnichannel approaches, to enhance customer experience and drive brand growth.
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access and other cross-functional partners to ensure strong alignment and execution against common objectives.
• Partner with Global, IBU and HUB teams to ensure strategic alignment and efficient use of common resources and capabilities.
• Contribute to launch readiness and launch excellence, where applicable, in close collaboration with local, regional and global teams.
• Drive innovative thinking and experimentation across the cross-functional team, identifying new ways to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage the commercial brand budget, ensuring effective prioritization and allocation of resources.
• Monitor brand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and adapt plans based on evolving market dynamics and business needs.
• Contribute to the continued transformation of our commercial model, helping identify and embed new capabilities and ways of working.
• Build strong external relationships and spend meaningful time engaging with customers and key stakeholders.
• Operate with high integrity and comply with Lilly policies and procedures, as well as external legal and compliance requirements.
