описание
Your mandate is to prove out what works in our specific context (travel + eSIMs), build repeatable systems around it, and iterate fast when something doesn't land.
задачи
- Own the Affiliate Platform: Master our Impact setup (or whichever platform we use). Make sure attribution is clean, payouts are efficient, and we can see exactly what's working. You'll set up partner onboarding flows that don't require your intervention every time;
- Build & Manage the Scalable Portfolio: Recruit, launch, and optimize content publishers, travel aggregators, loyalty/cashback platforms, and performance media networks. Test different commission structures (CPA, RevShare, hybrid), monitor performance obsessively, and stop things that don't work;
- Spot Fraud & Protect Unit Economics: You know what bad affiliate traffic looks like and how to stop it. You understand LTV/CAC math and won't chase volume that destroys margins;
- Pitch New Bold Ideas: When something isn't working, when a new opportunity comes up, or when you need to brainstorm channel strategy – that's a conversation. You bring "here's what I'm seeing in the data" and "here's what other affiliates are doing"; We iterate together;
- Coordinate with Business Development: Clear boundaries between affiliate and strategic partnerships actually matter. You'll work with the CBDO and BizDev lead to make sure a potential partner goes to the right team – and sometimes, you'll make that call together.
требования
- Affiliate Marketing Fundamentals (2-4 years): You've managed affiliate programs at scale. You know how networks work, what healthy unit economics look like, how to structure deals, and why fraud matters. You have worked with multiple Tier 1 markets or fully globally. You don't need to be an eSIM expert or travel expert – you need to understand your domain;
- Platform Literacy: You're comfortable in Impact, Everflow, or similar platforms. You can read a tracking report, spot discrepancies, and set up automated payouts. You don't need to be a data engineer, but you can't be a spreadsheet person – you need to think in systems;
- Sales Chops: You can talk to partners, understand their needs, and close deals. You're not a "networker" in the schmooze sense; you're someone who can move a conversation from discovery to contract;
- Some Existing Relationships: You probably know 10-15 people in the affiliate/performance marketing space who you could introduce or explore working with. This isn't the make-or-break credential – it's a nice accelerant;
- Scrappy & Adaptable: You can move fast in ambiguity. When a channel isn't working, you pivot. When we learn something new about our audience, you adjust the model. You're not wedded to "the way it's done" – you're wedded to "what works here.";
- Comfort with Dialogue, Not Prescription: You're here to bring expertise, ask hard questions, and iterate. You're not here to execute a pre-written playbook. If you think we should try something different, you say it;
- Language Skills: Fluent, professional English is required.
условия
- Competitive base salary plus an attractive performance bonus tied directly to channel growth;
- A fully remote work environment with a fantastic, globally distributed team;
- The autonomy to scale and own a distinct marketing function directly under the CMO;
- Visibility & Impact: you'll own a channel that goes from "we're not sure what this can be" to "this is a real revenue driver" – and everyone will see your fingerprints on it;
- Room to Grow – as you nail the scalable affiliate, the role expands. We might ask you to explore new channels, train the team, or get into partnership strategy. It's as big as you make it.
