- Lead the functional, technical, and organizational development of software applications.
- Define and maintain implementation roadmaps and product backlogs.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value, technical needs, and economic impact.
- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to structure functional requirements.
- Manage project risks, stakeholders, releases, and functional acceptance.
- Monitor delivery progress and continuously improve agile working practices.
требования
- Minimum 5 years as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications.
- At least 5 years of practical product backlog management experience.
- Strong experience writing user stories from complex functional requirements.
- At least 5 years of functional understanding and application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Proven experience in risk management within product responsibility.
- German proficiency is mandatory.
