Technical product manager

A11 is the execution-driven growth engine behind Europe's leading tech unicorns such as Trade Republic, Sennder and Kry. We are a SWAT team for business performance, with expertise in marketing, sales, data, tech and people ops. With more than 100 international experts, we tackle complex business and technology challenges. We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join our Product team and drive change by developing outcomes and delivering measurable results.

• Work across industries with companies at different stages of development, from B2B to B2C
• Identify and activate new product levers by building new products (0-to-1), developing product strategies or optimizing existing products through CRO initiatives and hands-on execution
• Conduct product analyses, develop strategic recommendations and work closely with C-level stakeholders to define and implement product strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—design, engineering and marketing—on both the client side and internally at Project A to ensure aligned and effective execution
• Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, monitor key KPIs and continuously drive growth and optimization

• 2-5 years of professional experience in product management, with a successful track record in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A data-driven mindset with solid experience in product analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills: You are a true team player, inspire others through collaboration and actively contribute to a positive company culture
• Technical background
• High levels of self-motivation and ambition
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
