Product manager

We are looking for a committed Product Manager to join our Product team and drive change through the development of outcomes and measurable results.

• Work across industries with companies at different stages of development, from B2B to B2C
• Identify and activate new product levers by building new products (0-to-1), developing product strategies, or optimizing existing products through CRO initiatives and hands-on implementation
• Conduct product analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and work closely with C-level stakeholders to define and implement product strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—design, engineering and marketing—both on the client side and internally at Project A, to ensure aligned and effective implementation
• Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, monitor key KPIs, and continuously drive growth and optimization

• 2–5 years of professional experience in product management, with a successful track record in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A data-driven mindset with solid experience in product analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills: You are a true team player, inspire others through collaboration and actively contribute to a positive company culture
• Technical background
• High self-motivation and high standards of performance
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
