• Lead a major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation from a strategic programme perspective.
• Define and drive the target-state operating model, roadmap and transformation priorities.
• Coordinate senior business, functional, technical and data workstreams across the programme.
• Align SAP delivery with core business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR.
• Ensure technical teams, functional leads and external vendors remain aligned to one overall programme direction.
• Drive fit-to-standard, process harmonisation and landscape simplification across the transformation.
• Manage key programme dependencies, risks, decisions and cross-workstream issues.
• Work closely with senior business leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear delivery priorities.
• Provide strong governance across integrations, data migration, architecture, testing and implementation readiness.
• Lead third-party partners and vendors, ensuring accountability, coordination and delivery against the agreed roadmap.

• Strong experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Proven background in Greenfield implementations and global ERP transformation.
• Strong understanding of business process transformation and target-state design.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management, governance and strategic leadership skills.
• Strong experience coordinating technical teams, functional workstreams and implementation partners.
