• Lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business and cybersecurity objectives.
• Drive and track board-sponsored and executive-level programs, providing transparency on milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Implement organizational and operating model transformations across the cybersecurity function.
• Manage large-scale technology projects, modernization efforts, and cybersecurity platform refresh programs.
• Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to support effective decision-making.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives within the cybersecurity function, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience, and business value.

• A university degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in strategic project, program, or transformation management within cybersecurity, technology, or digital organizations.
• A proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operating models, governance frameworks, and technology landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a global matrix organization.
