strategic programs manager for legal AI implementations

• Own end-to-end rollout programs for strategic accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across KM, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys to build lasting adoption
• Coordinate resources across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery for local and cross-border implementations, ensuring global consistency with Legora best practices
• Own success metrics and governance, define success criteria, establish reporting cadence, and make outcomes clear to executives
• Monitor and analyze adoption metrics, identify friction points in the user journey, and propose strategic interventions during implementation
• Own the feedback loop and turn rollout learnings and adoption signals into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks for future launches
• Connect teams and help drive clarity, prioritization, and progress
• Apply a structured, execution-focused approach to ambiguous problems and drive work through to completion

• 6+ Years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation / implementation-focused roles
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated leadership experience leading programs, workstreams, or teams, with end-to-end ownership of outcomes
• Strong change management skills and a track record of driving adoption across complex stakeholder groups
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn complex ideas into structured, polished, boardroom-ready presentations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong focus on user adoption and responding to client needs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
• Proactive ownership, practical problem-solving, execution focus, operational rigor, and a hands-on approach
• Willingness to work in person with teammates in the office 5 days per week
