As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring service readiness and successful service delivery for Elekta's Neuro products worldwide. Working across functions and regions, you will drive initiatives that enable our service organizations to effectively support customers, while continuously improving the service experience and operational performance.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in service delivery, after-sales support, operations, project management or a related area.
• Experience working with service organizations and field service operations, ideally within the medical device industry or another regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of complex technical solutions that combine hardware and software.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures and geographical regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong written and verbal English. Swedish and additional languages are considered an advantage.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience working with Agile delivery processes and practices.
• Experience working with PLM and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience working with M3 would be an advantage.
