• Define and evolve the long-term vision for the Crypto Platform;
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors within the crypto payments ecosystem;
• Formulate product hypotheses and develop MVPs using data-driven decisions;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product delivery aligns with business objectives;
• Own key Crypto Platform metrics and identify growth opportunities;
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Geo Product Managers and Business Development;
• Leverage existing platform capabilities effectively.

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in fintech, payments, or crypto;
• Hands-on experience with on-ramp and off-ramp products and crypto payment solutions;
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges and blockchain infrastructure;
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to scaling;
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills;
• English and Russian for work and correspondence;
• Demonstrate high ownership, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech.
