задачи
- Own key conversion metrics, including conversion to purchase and incremental revenue growth;
- Analyze user behavior and optimize every touchpoint from the first ad impression to completed payment;
- Run high-velocity product experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion rates at scale;
- Align creative strategy, messaging, and onboarding flows with marketing to drive purchase intent;
- Evaluate the impact of acquisition channels on user behavior and in-product conversion;
- Design onboarding and activation flows tailored to user intent, channel source, and behavioral profiles;
- Experiment with segments, warm-up strategies, paywalls, upsells, and offers to increase ARPU and first-time conversions;
- Translate user pain points into high-converting product journeys;
- Apply UX and sales psychology techniques such as scarcity, urgency, storytelling, personalization, and social proof;
- Collaborate with growth marketing to craft value-driven offers and reduce decision friction;
- Build and analyze behavioral funnels, attribution models, and key decision points to remove conversion blockers;
- Build dashboards, execute A/B tests, and prioritize actions with clear revenue impact;
- Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, product teams, analytics, and engineering to deliver end-to-end conversion impact.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in product management, growth, or customer lifecycle roles within subscription-based businesses;
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue in digital products;
- Experience in optimizing customer journeys and sales funnels;
- Strong understanding of acquisition channels and their impact on user behavior;
- Proficiency in analyzing user behavior and payment data to derive actionable insights;
- Strong analytical background and data-driven decision-making skills;
- Expertise in building growth models, A/B testing, and implementing warm-up strategies;
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams;
- Nice to have: Experience in fast-moving environments, passion for solving complex challenges, proactive and innovative mindset.
