Payward is a financial infrastructure platform that provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities to fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers. The Trading-as-a-Service product line enables partners to integrate digital asset trading, including spot, derivatives, and tokenized equities, into their own applications through modular APIs.

• Own the roadmap and execution across trade surfaces, including Convert & Trade, PTL-as-a-Service, Orderbook/CLOB API, Recurring Buys, Limit Orders, and tokenized equities;
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through build, launch, and iteration;
• Work directly with partners to understand integration requirements, unblock deployments, and ensure product-market fit;
• Drive product decisions on trading UX patterns, API design, custody models, and compliance workflows for B2B2C use cases;
• Design REST/WebSocket surfaces, auth, webhooks, SDKs, and documentation to facilitate partner integration;
• Make product decisions regarding execution models, custody models, account structures, and associated compliance workflows;
• Own key metrics including partner integration velocity, trading volume, assets on platform, end-user activation, and revenue impact;
• Collaborate with the Derivatives team on jointly-owned crypto derivatives capabilities;
• Partner with Sales and Business Development on strategic deals, including demos, technical scoping, and custom integration planning.

• 6+ Years of product management experience with a focus on B2B2C infrastructure;
• Experience owning API products that external partners build against, including knowledge of API design, auth, webhooks, sandbox environments, SDKs, and multi-tenant architecture;
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms or exchange infrastructure, such as order types, execution models, custody, and settlement;
• Technical fluency to participate in architecture discussions and make build/buy tradeoffs;
• Experience in regulated financial services operating within compliance and licensing constraints across multiple jurisdictions;
• Strong product sense with commercial awareness and the ability to drive revenue through roadmap choices;
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments, move fast, and adapt as the business scales;
• Nice to have: Background in exchange, brokerage, or trading-infra.
