The company operates as an innovative biorefinery business backed by a €6 billion multinational organization. It develops a new generation of sustainable, science-led functional ingredients derived from renewable softwood sources, including functional sugars and natural phenolic compounds for the global animal nutrition industry.

• Develop the commercial strategy for innovative functional feed ingredients;
• Build the scientific validation roadmap alongside external research partners;
• Analyze and interpret scientific, technical, and trial data;
• Translate research findings into commercially compelling product positioning;
• Identify priority market segments and species opportunities;
• Develop relationships with feed manufacturers, premix companies, distributors, integrators, and strategic customers;
• Support technical presentations, customer discussions, and commercial projects;
• Help shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy;
• Work closely with senior leadership as the business scales internationally.

• Strong understanding of the animal nutrition industry;
• Experience within feed additives, specialty ingredients, or nutritional technologies;
• Commercial awareness alongside technical credibility;
• Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and industry stakeholders;
• Confidence to work within an evolving, entrepreneurial environment;
• Nice to have: Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science or a related discipline.
