Salesforce CRM Manager for commercial payments

• Drive and deliver the CRM strategy with stakeholders;
• Guide business requirements gathering and liaise with internal development teams to ensure smooth delivery of key projects;
• Work with user groups, draft training materials, and conduct user acceptance testing across multiple departmental projects;
• Collaborate with product managers from other teams to develop and execute the CRM solution strategy;
• Engage with business users and managers during project initiation, including setting project and feature priorities, defining scope, user stories, and build designs;
• Drive technical and operational excellence across requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, implementation, and release management;
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and end-user training;
• Help develop and roll out product feature documentation and training materials;
• Design and maintain complex user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules;
• Manage key development requirements end to end;
• Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus;
• Lead a team of Salesforce professionals across 3 regions.

• Minimum 10 years of IT or related experience with a solid background in product management or ownership, project or program execution, and management;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM Lead;
• 3–5 Years of experience leading a Salesforce team;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform business needs into technology products, information flows, solutions, and services;
• Strong communication, presentation, organisation, facilitation, and negotiation skills;
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with senior business leaders;
• Ability to manage multiple work streams effectively and work with multiple project teams and external consultants in a matrix organisation;
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills;
• Strong project management skills and a positive attitude;
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple requests, and prioritise effectively;
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation;
• Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distil high-level information into detail, and identify true business needs;
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients;
