SaaS project manager

Within Fime’s cybersecurity and compliance activities, you will lead the successful deployment of our cybersecurity SaaS platform, helping manufacturers and security teams certify IoT and connected products against international regulatory standards.

• Lead Cybersecurity SaaS customer projects end to end: kick-off, requirements, planning, setup, customisation, acceptance and handover to operations.
• Run workshops with customers (manufacturers, test labs, certification bodies, security teams) to capture their certification scope, target schemes, actors and existing processes.
• Translate requirements into a clear deployment specification covering platform configuration, user roles and organisations, scheme procedures, document templates, notifications and integrations.
• Drive the development of cybersecurity scheme procedures with the Cybersecurity Standards Engineer (for example ETSI EN 303 645, EN 18031, IEC 62443 or a customer’s internal evaluation process), from specification to validated, versioned definition on the platform.
• Plan and track the work across the team, keep the customer informed, and manage scope changes, risks and dependencies explicitly.
• Coordinate with the Engineers on customer-specific features, integrations and AI-assisted workflows, and decide with the product management teams what is configuration, what is a product feature and what is out of scope.
• Organise acceptance testing with the customer and the Software Test Engineers, and own the go-live decision.
• Produce and maintain project documentation: deployment specifications, configuration records, meeting notes and acceptance reports.
• Train customer users and administrators on their Cybersecurity Saas environment.
• Bring recurring customer needs, friction points and feature requests back to the Product Manager in a structured way.
• Improve the deployment playbook (templates, checklists and reusable scheme content) to make each new project faster.

• 5 years of experience in customer-facing project management, delivery or implementation of software products.
• Proven experience leading B2B SaaS or enterprise software deployments, including configuration and customisation for the customer, from contract to go-live.
• Strong background in product cybersecurity, conformity assessment or certification: you know how a scheme, a test procedure and an evaluation report fit together. Familiarity with ETSI EN 303 645, IEC 62443, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), PSTI or EN 18031 is expected.
• Ability to formalise a process precisely (actors, steps, inputs, decisions, evidence) so it can be configured and executed on a platform.
• Comfort with technical material: reading a JSON configuration, discussing an API integration with an engineer and following a data model.
• Strong planning and tracking discipline with standard tools (Jira, Linear or similar; Gantt or roadmap tools).
• Clear written communication: specifications, status reports and acceptance documents a customer can sign off.
• Customer-facing and calm under pressure: able to say no to scope creep while keeping the relationship.
• Structured and precise, especially when turning a vague need into a specification.
• Ownership of outcomes, not only of plans, with a pragmatic approach: ship a working setup first, then improve it with the customer.
• Collaborative with engineers and standards experts, and able to arbitrate between them and the customer.
• English is a must.
