задачи
- Manage team operations by conducting syncs and updating task statuses;
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on roadmap preparation and updates;
- Estimate tasks and monitor deadlines;
- Communicate timeline changes to all stakeholders;
- Support the team with operational matters, including task creation and meeting coordination;
- Interact with external and internal teams;
- Plan releases.
требования
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager;
- Experience managing roadmaps and tracking tasks in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
- Understanding of release processes;
- Experience working in product IT teams;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with different teams;
- Structured approach and attention to details and deadlines.
