• Lead software initiatives from creation through deployment;
• Manage the roadmap, release planning, and versions;
• Coordinate deployments and dependencies between teams and products;
• Conduct refinement, sprint planning, bug triage, and backlog governance;
• Control release readiness, including compliance with regulatory requirements and system integrity;
• Manage risks related to database changes, integrations, compatibility, and configuration;
• Plan capacity, allocate WBS, and control costs and budgets;
• Report status and risks to stakeholders.

• Experience leading end-to-end software initiatives;
• Experience with release management and version management;
• Knowledge of SDLC and ability to hold substantive discussions with technical teams;
• Ability to anticipate technical consequences without designing solutions;
• Experience in a multi-product or multi-team environment;
• Experience in a regulated industry with high security requirements, such as fintech, payments, or transaction systems, with a focus on security, compliance, and uptime;
• Competence in capacity planning, WBS, and cost control;
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Dev, QA, DevOps, Delivery, and Finance.
