• Study market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs; analyze collected data
• Develop terms, pricing, and financial models for new retail lending products, coordinate with relevant departments, and submit proposals for approval
• Improve the competitiveness of existing products
• Develop and update internal procedures, regulations, and customer-facing product documentation
• Test software solutions before product launches
• Analyze pilot launch results, collect feedback from departments, and implement product improvements when needed
• Support process automation and digitalization projects
• Prepare and circulate explanatory notes about products for bank departments and train employees
• Present proposals for promotional campaigns
• Organize and monitor ongoing activities and submit reports to the manager

• Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial product development
• Experience with the ArmSoft system
• Knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of English and Russian
