SoftConstruct operates in the iGaming and betting industry, focusing on payment operations, payment partner management, and expansion into new markets.

• Manage legal agreements with payment service providers to ensure compliance with betting regulations and internal policies;
• Lead and coordinate the onboarding of new payment partners and their integration with required systems;
• Maintain consistent communication with payment providers to build long-term partnerships;
• Act as the main contact for daily payment processing operations;
• Resolve payment-related issues to ensure uninterrupted customer transactions;
• Monitor payment partner performance, quality, stability, and operational efficiency;
• Represent the company at international iGaming and betting events, exhibitions, and networking forums;
• Build new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to support expansion into new markets;
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Tech teams on payment operations;
• Support product managers with payment-related improvements, feature rollouts, and integrations;
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, event marketing, or trade show marketing;
• At least 2 years of experience in payment operations or financial services within the iGaming or gambling industry;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian;
• Experience managing legal agreements and working with compliance frameworks;
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach;
• Ability to represent the company professionally at international events;
• Analytical skills for identifying trends and improving payment processes;
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
