• Lead and manage international water supply and sanitation projects funded by International Financial Institutions;
• Oversee planning, design, construction, and implementation activities;
• Ensure technical excellence and stakeholder coordination;
• Deliver projects successfully;
• Manage feasibility studies and engineering studies;
• Manage detailed design works;
• Oversee construction supervision and project implementation.

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related discipline;
• FIDIC Certified Professional certification;
• Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and IFI-funded project requirements;
• At least 10 years of professional experience in planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of water supply systems within large-scale infrastructure projects;
• At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader on international projects;
• At least 5 years of experience during the last 10 years in feasibility studies, engineering studies, detailed design works, construction supervision, and project implementation;
• Advanced proficiency in Russian;
• Fluent written and spoken English.
