As a Senior Project Manager, your role focuses on providing insights in the use of medicines in the real world to support data driven decision making and optimize healthcare. You do this by leading various analyses and projects and sharing the outcomes in bespoke reports.

• Planning and executing study protocols co-developed by pharmaceutical companies, setting up analyses, and managing projects.
• Proactively monitoring progress, addressing dependencies and risks, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholder;, internally, with the pharmaceutical companies and hospitals and managing third-party contributions.
• Monitoring drug uptake, analyzing standards of care and patient pathways, assessing therapy impacts, studying outcomes and costs for pharmaceutical companies and hospitals, providing these insights in reports and dashboards
• Defining project governance, ensuring high-quality delivery of analytics, products, or services on time and within budget, as per the project plan.
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues while actively participating in a portfolio of international projects.
