Project manager in strategic initiatives

The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for launching, planning, carrying out, and completing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. The role requires liaison with various departments within the organization and may also involve working with external consultants and stakeholders.

• Partner with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational activities with strategic goals
• Generate data-driven insights for strategy formulation
• Resolve critical issues facing the company across departments
• Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources

• Excellent academic performance with a degree in Business, Economy or Engineering
• Proven ability to apply strategic and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
• Leadership, a high level of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
