• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, deliverables, and business alignment;
• Adjust project plans for changes in scope, timelines, or resources and communicate updates to stakeholders;
• Ensure project activities comply with client contract terms and track amendments;
• Identify contract risks and coordinate with legal or procurement teams;
• Document contract changes and obtain client approvals;
• Act as the main client contact, provide status updates, and address inquiries or concerns;
• Facilitate client meetings, gather feedback, and support client satisfaction;
• Build client relationships, anticipate needs, and provide proactive support;
• Coordinate task assignments with project engineers and Discipline Leaders;
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback, guidance, and support;
• Foster collaboration and open communication within the project team;
• Develop project budgets and track actual spending against forecasts;
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement budget adjustments;
• Prepare budget variance reports and update stakeholders;
• Develop risk management plans and mitigation strategies;
• Monitor project risks and update the risk log;
• Engage stakeholders to implement mitigation plans;
• Oversee quality control procedures for project deliverables;
• Review project outputs for compliance with specifications and address deviations;
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned and improvement areas;
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle;
• Ensure regular communication with internal and external stakeholders;
• Develop final project reports summarizing outcomes, successes, and challenges.

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering;
• 5+ Years of experience in an engineering or technical role within a project-based environment, ideally with cross-functional teamwork experience;
• Alternatively, 1–3 years of experience in an Associate Project Management role;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines;
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies;
• Understanding of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes;
• Knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning;
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and basic risk assessment techniques;
• Familiarity with contracts, client management, and vendor relations;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of Russian and/or the local language;
• Nice to have: Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster, advanced certifications or coursework in project management, engineering processes, or technical fields.
