Hal Leonard, part of Muse Group since 2023, publishes sheet music and music education materials and distributes instruments, gear, and software to the music trade worldwide.

• Own and evolve the company’s operating system end-to-end
• Design, implement, and continuously improve processes, rituals, and systems that drive execution, alignment, and business impact
• Lead the integration of AI into business processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making
• Translate company strategy into structured execution with clear ownership, real-time data, and AI-powered insights

• 5–8 Years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Product Management, Organizational Development, AI/Transformation, or related fields
• Strong product mindset and proven end-to-end ownership of complex systems or initiatives
• Hands-on experience designing and scaling operational processes and OKR frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and improving execution quality
• Solid understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and their business applications
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level
• High standards for communication, documentation, and systems thinking
• Ability to translate complex concepts, including AI, into clear, actionable insights
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Familiarity with data protection and ethical AI practices
• Fluent English
