• Build marketing attribution, social performance, and campaign modelling analytics infrastructure
• Build Marketing Mix Models and attribution models
• Architect social analytics pipelines
• Apply statistical rigour to complex marketing questions
• Automate and augment workflows using AI
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Content teams and other stakeholders

• At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst
• Understand marketing data and tools, including attribution, metrics/KPIs, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and HubSpot
• Have experience building complex marketing analytics frameworks for multiple products, channels, audiences (B2B/B2C), and goals
• Have experience in Social Media, Brand, CRM, and Digital Marketing analytics
• Have experience building MMMs and attribution models
• Be proficient in SQL and Python/R, including basic statistical, data engineering, and visualization libraries, or have experience with other programming languages
• Be proficient with LLMs such as Claude or Perplexity, including experience building AI agents
• Have a strong grasp of mathematics, probability theory, and mathematical statistics, including practical experience conducting A/B tests and hypothesis testing
• Have experience with BI and ETL tools such as Airflow
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Have a product-oriented mindset and strong task-setting, planning, hypothesis-generation, and project-management abilities
• Have fluent written and spoken English (B2 or higher)
