Project manager in mainframe

Tenth Revolution Group is looking for a professional with experience in infrastructure, systems or security who wants to develop in one of the most critical and specialized technological environments in the banking sector. You will be part of a team responsible for the evolution, monitoring and security of IBM Mainframe platforms, taking part in continuous improvement initiatives, access management and strategic projects related to z/OS technologies.

• Participate in the administration and evolution of IBM z/OS platforms.
• Collaborate on security and access control initiatives in a Mainframe environment.
• Analyze, investigate and propose improvements to technological processes and services.
• Work alongside infrastructure, applications and architecture teams, as well as external providers.
• Support the resolution of complex incidents and maintenance activities.
• Take part in technology projects within a mission-critical environment.
• Contribute to the automation, optimization and continuous improvement of the platform.

• Administration of Windows, Linux or Unix systems.
• Infrastructure security or identity and access management.
• IBM Mainframe environments.
• z/OS.
• RACF.
• Automation or scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Python, REXX).
• Support and operation of critical platforms.
• Analytical mindset.
• Technological curiosity.
• Ability to investigate and solve problems.
• Proactive attitude.
• Interest in specializing in Mainframe technologies.
