Project manager in GovTech

At Rulemapping, applicable law becomes machine-readable, and our customers use it to create digital processes that make decisions noticeably faster and more transparent. You lead the projects that put this technology into use, and are responsible for the team, schedule, and quality. Our decision models fully represent the logic of laws, regulations, and complex rule sets in machine-readable form. Routine checks are automated and transparent, while the decision remains with the human. We build this technology for public administration and regulated companies.

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and are responsible for the customer relationship end-to-end, from contract signing through to the ongoing operation of the Rulemapping solution.
• You lead projects proactively and with a focus on objectives, take on project controlling, and manage interdisciplinary project teams of Automation Engineers and our subject-matter experts for legal rule sets.
• Together, you design customer-specific solutions on our no-code platform, from conception through implementation to acceptance and training.
• This includes the initial configuration of UI, forms, API integrations, AI modules, files, actions, deadlines, and tests.
• You actively contribute to building and implementing processes in the Delivery team, define and analyze KPIs, and use customer and usage feedback to continuously improve our services.
• For technical questions, you coordinate closely with Product & Tech and support Business Development & Sales in preparing sales activities.

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on technology, digital topics, the public sector, or the implementation of complex SaaS projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across all levels of the hierarchy, including C-level.
• You work confidently with processes and KPIs, get hands-on with operational work, and enjoy taking responsibility.
• An analytical, solution-oriented approach to work, including when dealing with technically challenging problems.
• A completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, economics, politics, law, or a related field.
• Very good German (C2) and English (at least C1) skills.
