FIS provides technology and services for the financial services industry. Its PRIME Implementation Services team delivers complex implementation and migration programmes for clients worldwide, working across functions, geographies and partners.

• Lead complex global projects and programs throughout the full project lifecycle, working with clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve strategic business objectives
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, translating them into solutions and implementation strategies aligned with stakeholder expectations
• Establish and maintain project and program baselines, governance, monitoring, and controls to deliver within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors, to foster alignment, engagement, and client satisfaction
• Apply project and program management practices, frameworks, and methodologies to strengthen governance, mitigate risks, and optimize delivery performance
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, managing resource planning, prioritization, communications, reporting, risks and issues, stakeholder engagement, and change control
• Direct complex financial technology projects and initiatives from initiation through delivery and closeout
• Lead delivery across multiple business segments and shared-service functions within commercial and contractual commitments and constraints
• Maintain alignment across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources
• Strengthen delivery capability through governance, sound decision-making, continuous improvement, and mentoring project managers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, MIS, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
• At least 4 years of project or program management experience, including successful delivery of complex IT or financial technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle
• Strong software implementation experience and a solid understanding of application development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Ability to lead multinational, virtual, and cross-functional teams, manage multiple concurrent client engagements, and deliver in fast-paced environments
• Advanced project management skills, including planning, estimation, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem solving
• Experience managing projects under commercial and contractual constraints, with responsibility for governance, financial management, reporting, corrective actions, and delivery outcomes
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, senior sponsors, internal teams, and external partners
• Experience creating project management artifacts to enterprise standards, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage situations of varying complexity and risk
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and related project delivery tools
• Flexibility to travel and collaborate with global clients and teams across different time zones as required
