devops engineer in cloud implementations

FIS provides technology and financial services solutions. The PRIME DevOps team delivers cloud implementations, managing infrastructure and automation for applications, and supports smooth onboarding for clients.

• Maintain and enhance the DevOps architecture;
• Define the roadmap and operations of the DevOps team for automation, Kubernetes, Kafka, and related technologies;
• Build, scale, and monitor services for PRIME applications;
• Improve infrastructure availability;
• Automate new requests;
• Support the existing CLOUD infrastructure, including EKS, MSK, S3, and EC2;
• Support and enhance the existing framework stack, including automation and pipelines;
• Support existing CLOUD implementations and participate in new launches;
• Support internal application teams and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related area;
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, preferably AWS;
• Basic understanding of REST APIs;
• Hands-on experience with GIT, including Bitbucket or GitHub;
• Hands-on experience with shell scripting, including Bash and/or PowerShell;
• Nice to have: 1+ year in DevOps or application development, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, TLS setup, Jenkins pipelines, Groovy, AWS CLI, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, CKAD, CKA, Terraform, CloudFormation.
