FIS provides financial services technology and solutions. Its PRIME Business Solution Architect team manages requirements elicitation and management for PRIME implementations.

• Lead the delivery of complex credit card migration programmes while owning end-to-end requirements and solution design;
• Lead and manage business requirements elicitation and management for major projects, including migration portfolios, greenfield client launches and major system upgrades;
• Own the requirements phase of projects and manage Business Consultants in a matrix structure by assigning, directing and monitoring their work;
• Work with senior stakeholders within FIS and client organisations, build relationships and ensure governance and management;
• Define client needs and advise on best-practice solutions to improve future-state efficiency and effectiveness;
• Guide clients and internal teams through requirements gathering, documentation, management, analysis and solution validation;
• Remove barriers and direct resources as needed throughout the project lifecycle;
• Provide system and product consultancy to clients and educate them on system features and functionality;
• Manage client expectations and recommend appropriate solution usage.

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a business-related field;
• 8+ Years of experience in business requirements analysis, gathering, documentation and validation for software projects;
• Experience in the Card Payments industry;
• Experience with matrix management and leading a group of Business Analysts;
• Experience in a client advisory or consultancy role in an IT environment;
• Proficiency with MS Word/Google Docs, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint/Google Slides and MS Visio/Lucid Charts;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business and IT partners to define, understand and evaluate business requirements;
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills;
• Flexibility to travel to client premises;
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills;
• Nice to have: understanding of data structures, experience with FIS PRIME or similar card management systems, large-scale project experience, experience working with end-users, transferable business analysis skills, IIBA or BCS qualification, experience with common AI tools.
