• Track and monitor roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables;
• Support the development of business cases, executive presentations, and strategic reports;
• Organize, prepare, and support stakeholder meetings;
• Ensure quality standards are met;
• Support onboarding activities, including providing access to and support for tools;
• Prepare and distribute regular project and program status reports for stakeholders and leadership;
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating them to executive leadership as needed;
• Develop and maintain dashboards using JIRA and other reporting tools;
• Provide insights into portfolio risks, dependencies, and benefits realization through governance and risk management;
• Contribute to transparency and consistency across projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 3–5 Years of experience in a Project Management Office in Europe;
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills;
• Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots;
• Experience with demand management and roadmap planning;
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies;
• Experience with project management tools;
• Experience with JIRA;
• Fluent English.
