Project manager in creative services

This is a fixed-term 7 months maternity cover for the Project Manager - Creative Services. The role is a creative traffic manager, you will run the intake, prioritisation, and coordination of creative requests across EMEA so copy and design is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard across Tesla channels. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for markets and cross-functional teams, making sure briefs are complete, work is assigned to the right person, and local needs are met without overloading the team.

• Lead the EMEA Creative Services team, delivering timely, brand-aligned, high-quality content and communications across all Tesla channels
• Manage a team of copywriters and designers while overseeing the end-to-end creative request process
• Act as a key stakeholder and liaison with cross-functional teams across markets to facilitate asset creation and meet local team needs
• Develop and implement creative guidelines, playbooks, and tools that enhance output quality, boost team productivity, and scale demand

• Proven experience in Content Operations, Creative Project Management or Traffic Management
• Project management skills with experience in Jira (or equivalent)
• AI enthusiast, with a passion for exploring and applying AI tools to improve creative workflows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work with key market stakeholders
• Emotional intelligence – listens well, adapts to different personalities and cultures. Builds trust with stakeholders
• Thrives in working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
