• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure;
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and dependencies;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, risk, and compliance;
• Ensure delivery in line with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, AML, Basel, and DORA;
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication, including with senior management;
• Oversee vendor and third-party delivery where applicable;
• Ensure quality assurance, testing readiness, and successful implementation;
• Support change management and business adoption activities;
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services;
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory landscape;
• Experience delivering regulatory, risk, or technology transformation projects;
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects in a matrix environment;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies;
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
