• Lead the full project lifecycle from initial framing through study, design, execution, and final completion;
• Define project governance, obtain stakeholder approvals, and establish clear decision-making structures;
• Create and monitor detailed project plans, track critical paths, manage dependencies, and address risks;
• Coordinate solution design, consolidate designs when applicable, secure sign-offs, and ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Drive the project team and maintain communication, alignment, and timely execution of governance routines;
• Take ownership of project-specific analyses and deliverables while maintaining focus on the overall roadmap;
• Secure project resourcing by collaborating with line managers and governance bodies;
• Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, identify improvement opportunities, and promote continuous improvement;
• Maintain regular interaction with project sponsors and Front Office, Operations, IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Tax teams.

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field;
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills;
• At least 5 years of project management experience leading end-to-end projects in the banking industry;
• Knowledge of Front Office to Finance processing chains, underlying business logic, capital markets products, and regulatory frameworks;
• Ability to influence, engage, and develop stakeholders and peers;
• Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and keep projects on track;
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills;
• Autonomy, client focus, and ability to work under pressure.
