• Coordinate projects throughout the delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to release and closure
• Keep project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers accurate and up to date in Jira
• Coordinate day-to-day work across Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders
• Track deliverables and action items, follow up with owners, and flag delays and blockers early
• Facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas and materials, recording decisions and action items, and following up
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and management reports
• Identify and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; maintain the RAID log and escalate delivery risks
• Track scope changes and document their impact on timelines, resources, and commitments
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and action trackers
• Monitor performance against milestones and key delivery metrics, including delivery predictability and time to market
• Help maintain project governance and agreed delivery processes

• 2–3 Years of experience in IT project management or delivery on software, mobile, or web projects
• Experience working with cross-functional Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Skills in project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and scope and change management
• Experience with release planning, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation
• Experience managing risks and dependencies, delivery reporting, and KPI tracking
• Good understanding of SDLC, QA, UAT, and production deployment processes
• Basic skills in effort estimation, capacity tracking, and delivery forecasting
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to follow-ups
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and comfort with shifting priorities
• Ability to build good working relationships and align competing stakeholder expectations

• The initial pay level or pay range will be shared during the recruitment process and before employment begins
