• Own the supply side of a two-sided marketplace, ensuring demand is covered by quality, available supply at a sustainable cost
• Build the supply planning system, including demand forecasting, a sufficiency model, and partner order plans, and control their execution
• Manage the supply–demand balance across segments, time slots, and formats, distinguishing registered supply from available supply
• Lead Partner Support (automation), Partners Development & Growth (mid-size partners), and Key Partners Success (top 50)
• Design partner economics and incentives, including payouts, commissions, bonuses, and the Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum tier system, with safeguards against gaming the rules
• Own quality and trust by linking partner communication quality to customer retention and stopping harmful practices
• Drive change from hypothesis to pilot to scaled process, working with analytics and product on cohorts and control groups

• Analyze supply and demand by segment, time slot, and format, including setting forecasting tasks for analysts
• Understand partner unit economics, including payouts, cost to serve, payback, and revenue split
• Design incentives, including commissions, bonuses, rules, and anti-gaming mechanisms
• Have experience running partner tier systems and managing the economics of moving partners up the tiers
• Have experience with partner segmentation, account management, and development planning
• Understand operational management, including SLAs, quality standards, deviation analysis, and process automation
• Be able to design experiments and measure impact using cohorts and control groups, separating the effect of own decisions from traffic or product changes
