• Serve as a member of the Customer Engineering TPM team on Fixed Networks projects to ensure on-time, quality delivery;
• Support end-to-end technical delivery;
• Own communication, scheduling, resource management, change management, risk mitigation, escalations, and other areas of technical delivery;
• Identify internal owners of customer service and quality issues;
• Facilitate the development and deployment of corrective actions for customer issues;
• Communicate solutions, identify solution components and owner commitments, and set resolution timelines;
• Identify technical roadblocks to customer satisfaction and quality issue resolution;
• Report roadblocks to Program Management and resolution team members;
• Work with experts to optimize technical solutions or network evolution;
• Prepare, contribute to, and support the PM in providing regular comprehensive project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Hold a Master’s degree in computer, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent disciplines;
• Understand Fixed Networks technologies, including Fibers, XGSPON, 25/50GPON, NMS, SDAN, Nokia FN portfolio, Virtualization, and Systems;
• Have strong technical fiber knowledge;
• Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and documentation communication skills;
• Ability to lead within a team environment;
• Analytical mindset and creativity oriented toward problem solving;
• High accountability and initiative during business development and technical project management activities;
• Ability to work under pressure and short time reaction constraints;
• Eagerness to learn and develop yourself and others;
• Native Polish and fluent English.
