• Oversee projects, including planning, implementation, timeframes, features, quality, and costs;
• Ensure alignment between business needs and IT developments;
• Contribute to implementing applicable Group data management and data protection frameworks, including procedures, governance, and controls;
• Coordinate transversal data topics with Group functions, CIB, GB, and ITO stakeholders;
• Lead data-related regulatory changes for the assigned perimeter, including internal and external audits and BL task forces upon request;
• Apply change management frameworks within data-related projects;
• Oversee data strategy with Business Lines, Regions, and Value Chains and ensure alignment with GB’s data vision;
• Oversee the annual GB data maturity assessment regarding BCBS239 Data Regulation;
• Act as a key entry point for BLs, Regions, Data Offices, and Senior Management;
• Monitor data transformation through relevant KPIs;
• Define and maintain data standards for GB;
• Oversee strategic committees, such as the GB Data Board, and contribute to TAC and NAC instances;
• Support data platform and Self-Service practices, including use case management, data platform governance, and watchtower activities.

• Master's degree in Business Management, Data Science, Finance, or a similar field;
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management with experience in data projects;
• Experience with data projects, data dictionaries, data quality and security, and data tools;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to manage a project;
• Knowledge of culture transformation and change management;
• Ability to anticipate business and strategic developments;
• Ability to understand, explain, and drive change;
• Ability to define relevant performance indicators;
• Analytical skills;
• Ability to design and adapt a process.
