• Coordinate the execution of business growth initiatives across multiple teams;
• Track progress, priorities, blockers, and delivery timelines for ongoing initiatives;
• Coordinate execution between campaign managers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders;
• Ensure efficient execution of business initiatives involving engineering, campaign operations, analytics, or cross-functional collaboration;
• Identify execution risks, resolve dependencies, and escalate blockers when needed;
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed;
• Organize and facilitate planning sessions, follow-ups, and execution reviews;
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution across teams;
• Continuously improve execution processes and team efficiency.

• 2+ Years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Delivery Coordination, or similar roles;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating work across business and technical teams;
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Structured thinking and excellent attention to detail;
• Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems;
• Good written English for working with documentation and internal communication;
• Nice to have: experience working with software development teams, experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or traffic monetization, understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
