• Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and coordinate tests from idea through build, launch, and analysis;
• Identify risks early, unblock teams, and ensure that no work is overlooked;
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments;
• Explain the rationale behind the roadmap and set expectations;
• Present progress and results to clients in weekly meetings;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams;
• Keep teams focused and motivated during busy or complex periods.

• Stay organized and diligent using systems, checklists, and timelines;
• Plan ahead, front-load work, and complete tasks properly;
• Proactively communicate with clients and teammates;
• Flag risks early and ask for help when needed;
