• Learn and understand the client's project and goals;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and the development team;
• Lead regular meetings with clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment;
• Translate business requirements from clients into detailed technical specifications for developers;
• Document processes and track team time for client reporting;
• Conduct research and analyze third-party integrations, determining when to develop in-house solutions or use existing ones;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans or legalize them with the client.

• English level C1;
• At least 1 year of experience in customer-focused communication;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Analytical skills for researching and evaluating solutions;
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
