задачи
- Manage customer requests and ticket lifecycles across support channels, creating tasks and providing progress updates to stakeholders;
- Manage internal team tasks and system errors, prioritizing them by urgency and technical impact;
- Coordinate technical tasks and team workload, including deployments and platform refreshes, to ensure external agreements are met;
- Communicate with stakeholders through meetings and other channels, handling task prioritization based on client needs;
- Prepare documentation, including technical proposals, summaries, and reports, by coordinating with the team to gather information.
требования
- Fluent English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, support, coordination, or operational role;
- Understanding of support and maintenance processes, ticket lifecycle management, and prioritization principles;
- Highly responsible and proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills;
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience with project management, issue tracking, and ticketing tools (Jira, Service Desk, Intercom), understanding of SDLC and Agile, experience with Salesforce, familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
