Project Manager

AQUALINE Water Technology Company designs, constructs, reconstructs, and maintains swimming pools, saunas, SPAs, and steam rooms. It provides equipment, chemicals, filtration, cleaning services, expert consultations, and tailored solutions for water leisure facilities.

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for swimming pools, saunas, SPAs, and steam rooms from planning through completion and handover;
• Coordinate design and technical documentation;
• Manage project schedules and budgets;
• Supervise construction and installation activities;
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards;
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Organize site meetings and provide regular progress updates;
• Address risks and resolve issues promptly;
• Plan resources and monitor work performance;
• Verify materials and equipment;
• Ensure timely maintenance or reconstruction work when required;
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for construction projects;
• Experience in construction supervision, site coordination, and quality control;
• Technical knowledge of construction materials, water filtration systems, pool equipment, and installation processes;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Skills in documentation, reporting, and project management or construction-related software tools;
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment;
• Attention to safety regulations and local building codes;
• Nice to have: a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, experience in the water technology, wellness, or building services sector, proficiency in relevant local languages and English.
