project manager

The project focuses on developing and enhancing retail software solutions, including e-commerce platforms, order management systems, point of sale solutions, and ERP integrations.

• Support project management activities across the full software development lifecycle;
• Coordinate tasks and communication between development teams and business stakeholders;
• Maintain project schedules, track task progress, and update risk and issue logs;
• Participate in team meetings and ensure follow up on action items;
• Maintain and update project documentation and reporting materials;
• Identify and escalate risks and impediments in a timely manner to project leadership.

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle SDLC;
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and team roles;
• Experience with task tracking tools such as Jira, YouTrack, or similar systems;
• General understanding of software development concepts including frontend, backend, APIs, and testing practices;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience in retail, ecommerce, or logistics related projects, background in project coordination, business analysis, quality assurance, or IT support, experience using Confluence, Notion, Excel, or Google Sheets.
